Please read the following terms regarding all BY HAND MEDIA projects. By working with us, you understand that the following terms apply to all projects we work on.

All projects require a minimum 50% deposit to begin work, unless a specific written agreement is made, or client has a credit account with us. The balance of all projects is due at completion of our work. If project is a printed piece, final payment is due before material delivery. If project is a website, payment is due before project launch.

All content is the responsibility and liability of the client, including accuracy and spelling. We will, under specific terms, add your content to your pages for you, however this is meant to be a guide only, and unless contracted, we do not handle editorial content or writing. Content must be provided in MS Word, or text format, ready to be added to your site.
